This cute mini dress features a square neckline at the front and back, dainty puffed sleeves with frilled elasticated cuffs and ties, and a fitted bodice that flows into a voluminous gathered skirt. This dress is made with a sweet pink base, intricately illustrated with Smiley® hearts, stars, planets and rainbows all over. Notice that the back includes adjustable ties for an adorable bow detail.
