Love Daphne will happily exchange any items that are not a perfect fit (with the exception of sale items). All you need to do is return the items within 14 days of purchase to Love Daphne. Our returns address is Suite B 238 Howick St Bathurst NSW 2795.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number to be included in your return.
If you have received an item that is faulty, please return the items via Australia Post and once they are received, a replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
Unfortunately we cannot refund due to incorrect choice or size, however we will gladly offer an exchange in these circumstances.
You will need to cover the postage cost of returned items and if exchanging for a different size, we ask that you include a reply paid satchel in which we will post the exchanged size straight back to you in. If the item you are after is not in stock, we will issue you with a store credit to be used at you convenience with a 12 month expiry date! Please ensure items are in the same condition as when you received them with the tags attached.
For hygiene purposes Love Daphne can not exchange worn articles, underwear or earrings.
No exchanges or refunds on sale items. A sale item is any item that is not full price. We ask that you do not request sale items to be returned as all sale purchases are final.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund on faulty items only.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
