We are pleased to offer free standard shipping Australia Wide through Australia Post. All orders will be posted the next business day where possible and an upgrade to express post for an additional charge can be requested.
So now that you have received your items, we want to make sure you are happy with them!
If you have received an item that is faulty, please return the items via Australia Post and once they are received, a replacement item will be shipped within 1 business day. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately we cannot refund due to incorrect choice or size, however we will gladly offer an exchange in these circumstances.
Love Daphne will happily exchange any items that are not a perfect fit (with the exception of sale items). All you need to do is return the items within 14 days of purchase to Love Daphne. You will need to cover the postage cost of returned items however we will re-send the correct items free of charge! If the item you are after is not in stock, we will issue you with a store credit to be used at you convenience with no expiry date! Please ensure items are in the same condition as when you received them with the tags attached.
For hygiene purposes Love Daphne can not exchange worn articles or underwear.
No exchanges or refunds on sale items. A sale item is any item that is not full price.
