Orders and Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Love Daphne ships internationally to New Zealand and United Kingdom! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Orders cannot be modified once placed.
If any order (including pre-orders and in-stock items) is cancelled prior to dispatch, any applicable fees and charges associated with the order will be deducted from the refund or store credit. These may include, but are not limited to, payment processing fees and administrative costs. (Please read below for pre-order cancellations)

Pre-Orders
When will my pre-order be sent?
All pre-order dates are approximate and are subject to change. Pre-order items we will be dispatch within 1-2 business days of their approximate dispatchment date at the time of your order.
Pre-order dispatchment dates will change on the website weekly, however please go off the approximate dispatchment date on your order.
If you place an order with a preorder item, your order will be held and shipped together when the preorder item arrives.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
All pre-order items are specially ordered and allocated specifically for your purchase. For this reason, pre-orders cannot be cancelled for a refund once the order has been placed.
If you choose to cancel a pre-order, you will be issued a store credit for the full value of the item(s) (minus any applicable fees and charges). This store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Love Daphne happily accepts exchanges for items that don’t fit, provided they are returned within 14 days in their original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, refunds are not offered unless an item is faulty. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I return sale items?
No, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How do I know what size to order?

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
No, Love Daphne does not currently offer custom sizing or alterations.
What happens if my item doesn’t fit?
We’re happy to exchange it for another size or item, subject to availability. Just ensure it’s returned in original condition within 14 days.
