1. How do I choose the correct size?
The best way to find your perfect fit is to measure a garment you already own that fits you beautifully and has a similar style to the item you're purchasing.
Lay the garment flat and take the measurements, then compare them with the size guide provided on each product page.
We also recommend considering the fabric type, as different materials fit differently. See our "Do Polyester & Cotton garments fit the same?" FAQ below for more information. If you are still unsure, please email us for more help.
2. Do Polyester & Cotton garments fit the same?
No. Different fabrics have different amounts of stretch, which can affect the fit.
- Polyester: Generally has more stretch and flexibility, giving you a little more room to move. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
- Cotton: Has very little stretch and is generally more structured. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
If you are not between sizes, we recommend choosing your usual size and comparing your measurements with the size guide provided.
3. Where can I find the size guide?
Every product has its own individual size guide, which can be found at the end of the product images.
As sizing can vary between brands and styles, we recommend checking the size guide on every product before placing your order rather than relying on your usual size.
4. Are the size guides exact measurements?
Size guides are provided as a helpful guide only.
While we do our best to ensure they are as accurate as possible, measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between different styles and even individual garments due to the manufacturing process.
For the most accurate fit, we recommend comparing the flat-lay measurements of a garment you already own with the measurements listed on the product page.
5. What if my size is sold out?
If your size is currently unavailable, we'd love to help.

Please note that not all sold-out sizes can be reordered, but we'll always do our best to help.
What is a Pre-Order item?
Any product marked PRE-ORDER is not currently in stock and is ordered specifically for you once your order is placed.
The estimated arrival and dispatch dates shown on our website are approximate and may change due to unexpected supplier, manufacturing or shipping delays.
We update the estimated arrival dates on our website weekly to reflect the latest information from our suppliers. However, your estimated dispatch date is based on the estimated arrival date displayed at the time you placed your order.
If your pre-order experiences any significant delays, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will generally be dispatched once all items have arrived unless alternative arrangements have been made.
