This cute, semi-fitted blouse features a contrasting white stand up collar, decorated with a black scalloped edge and Smiley® cloud embroidery. This blouse is made with a sweet pink base, intricately illustrated with hearts, stars, planets and rainbows all over. Short puffed sleeves are gathered with elasticated cuffs, and pearly white buttons finish this adorable blouse.
