Black buttons down the centre front and a plain black waist panel
Fitted bodice with flared skirt
Full circle skirt, perfect for petticoats
Heart pockets on the front of the skirt with black ruffles around hem
Fabric content: 98% Cotton 2% Elastane
Fit advice: Fabric has slight stretch, stick to sizing advised on size guide for bust & waist, hip measurement is not needed as skirt is flared
Length: Skirt length from waist to hem is 65cm for size small, length slightly increases with each size
