I had to send back for exchange as the item was a slightly smaller cut. But this was such an easy process thanks to Tracey x love this dress

Beautiful design, poorly constructed

I really love the fabric and colours on this dress but there are some design flaws that can't be looked past. The hem at the neck line hasn't been made long enough so the internal fabric starts spilling over the neck line and needs to be repeatedly tucked in. The pockets are also really far back on the dress and should've been brought forward. I complained but nothing could be done other than returning it for a refund. I've kept the dress because I love the fabric but it's poorly made and it doesn't meet my expectations, especially after paying so much.
