A great dress for shorter people with smaller busts

The fabric and construction are good and I love the pockets. Unfortunately, it's just not long enough for my torso. The waist sits under my bust (at the top of my rib cage). I am unable to return it (sale item) so I plan to unpick the waist and zip to add an additional panel at the waist. I'm 173 cm tall and have an "E" cup bust. If my bust was smaller and I was shorter, then it would be 5 stars.
